The almond stitch

In this step-by-step crochet tutorial I show how to make the almond stitch. The almond crochet stitch consists of slip stitches back loop only and half double crochets back loop only. It is an easy stitch to make and the result looks great!

For this tutorial I use Hjertegarn DIAMOND mercerized cotton 100% 8/4 50g yarn, color: 3304 (lilac), and a 2.0 mm hook.
