The horizontal drops stitch

In this step-by-step crochet stitch tutorial I show how to make the horizontal drops stitch. This crochet stitch tutorial includes photo instructions and a video tutorial (see below). For this crochet stitch you should know how to make a single crochet and a double crochet. The tutorial below shows how to make a puff stitch. The horizontal drops stitch is a repeat of two rows. The fabric turns out lacy and light, and it has a beautiful texture.

For this tutorial I use Hjertegarn DIAMOND mercerized cotton 100% 8/4 50 g yarn, color: 3304 (lilac), and a 2.0 mm hook.

27. Continue working in the same way until the end of the row.

28. Make the last single crochet in the space of the turning chain of the previous row.

Row 3

29. Chain four and turn your work around. You will start working in the very first stitch.

30. So, make a double crochet in the very first stitch.
