The shell and bow stitch

In this step-by-step crochet stitch tutorial I show how to make the shell and bow stitch. For this crochet stitch you should know how to make a single crochet, a double crochet, and a treble crochet. The tutorial below shows how to make a double crochet three together stitch.

The shell and bow stitch is a repeat of two rows. The fabric turns out dense but not very thick.

For this tutorial I use Hjertagarn DIAMOND mercerized cotton 100% 8/4 50g, color: 1361 (grey), and a 2.0 mm hook.

This crochet stitch tutorial includes photo instructions and a video tutorial (see at the end of this post).
