The crossed double crochet and lace stitch

In this step-by-step crochet stitch tutorial I show how to make the crossed double crochet and lace stitch. This crochet stitch tutorial includes photo instructions and a video tutorial (see below). For this crochet stitch you should know how to make a single crochet and a double crochet. The tutorial below shows how to make a crossed double crochet stitch. The crossed double crochet and lace stitch is a repeat of two rows. The fabric turns out very light and it has a gorgeous texture.

For this tutorial I use Hjertegarn DIAMOND mercerized cotton 100% 8/4 50 g yarn, color: 3304 (lilac), and a 2.0 mm hook.
